1. Delivery

✓ Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will then receive a tracking number by email so you can securely track your delivery all the way to your door. The total delivery time is normally 5–12 business days.

✓ If there are any delays in delivery (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at hisquishieshelp@outlook.com.

✓ Due to high volumes experienced by the shipping carrier, delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding, as this is beyond our control.

2. Right of Withdrawal

✓ When purchasing products through the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the product.

2.1 When You Wish to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

✓ Inform us by email at hisquishieshelp@outlook.com. In your message, please clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products you wish to return.

✓ The products must be returned immediately and no later than 30 days after notifying us.

✓ You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring that the products are returned in good condition. The products must therefore be securely packaged and returned in their original packaging.

✓ We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to any reduction in value if the product has been used or damaged.
